The shifts section is a simple table for setting the mine site work shifts that operators will complete standard work within.

Production records made by operators can later be sorted by Shift in the back end reporting system.

Standalone LiveMine systems can manage the entries in this window. Those systems paired with a third party database will need to make changes in the other database as per their site specific instructions and use the Sync tool in LiveMine to update this table.

The information below is for standalone LiveMine systems.

Add a Shift entry

  • To add a new shift to the table, click the

    button.

  • Fill out the name and time details.

    • External ID is used for third party database sync, leave blank.

  • Click save to finish.

Editing a Shift entry

  • To edit an entry, click on the

    mceclip2.png

    button.

  • Make your changes, and click save.

  • Entries can be made inactive and sent to the inactive list by clicking the

    mceclip2.png

    button.

    • Click on the

      mceclip3.png

      toggle button to see the list.

    • Entries listed here can be re-enabled again by clicking the

      mceclip6.png

      button.

It is possible to export this entire list to an excel csv document by clicking on the

mceclip4.png

button. A csv file will be created and sent to your Windows Downloads folder.
