This page provides a suggested process for an End of Shift Reviewer and approver of production records to follow.

Target Audience: Shift Boss, Mine Captain, Foreman, Engineers and Project Manager.

First Tier Review and Approve (Shift-boss/Supervisor level)

  1. Shift Reviewer to log into their sites LiveMine system account.

  2. Select the correct shift by clicking on the Shift dropdown arrow field.

  3. Choose a Module Tab with an

    icon: New production records are available for reviewing and approving.

  4. Check individual records for the module.

  5. Click the

    button to see expanded details for each production record line.

  6. Edit

    as required.

  7. If a record is missing, you can manually

  8. When records on the module Tab are reviewed, click

    button.

  9. Repeat steps 3 - 8 until all production records have been approved.

Second Tier Review and Approve (Foreman, Engineers, Manager)

  1. Reviewer to log into their sites LiveMine system account.

  2. Select the correct shift by clicking on the Shift dropdown arrow field.

  3. Choose a Module Tab with an

    icon: Production records have been approved and are available for reviewing and second tier approving.

  4. Check individual records for the module.

  5. Click the

    button to see expanded details for each production record line.

  6. Edit

    as required.

  7. If a record is missing, you can manually

    a record.

  8. Repeat steps 3 - 7 until all production records have been reviewed.

  9. When records on the module Tabs are reviewed, click

    button to register all tabs as approved by second tier approval and are considered ready for reports.
