The shift review page contains all of the LiveMine production records that have been created on the LiveMine tablets as well as those created manually in the review page.

The primary purpose of the page is for production supervisors to review and approve the records created by production operations personnel such that it can then be used for reporting.

To access the Shift Review page, click on the Shift Review button in the left hand panel (indicated in the red box in the image below).

    • mceclip11.png

: Production records are present and ready for editing/reviewing and approving.

    • mceclip12.png

: Production records have been reviewed and approved by an authorised user.

    • : A blank space, no symbol, on the module tab means there is no production records.

    • mceclip13.png

: Production records have been reviewed, approved and 'final approved' by the second tier authorised approver (i.e. pressing the

      mceclip15.png

      ).

  9. Records can be manually added to the database by clicking on the

    mceclip16.png

button. This will then pop up a 'wizard' window walking the user step by step through the process of adding in a new production record. [Insert link to Add Record Support Page here]

  10. Production records window: Each module will show slightly different information columns in the tables to correspond with the production jobs done.

    • Pressing the

button on the left hand side of the table will show more information for the production record. This will be different depending upon the module record task done.

    • Editing of records can be done by clicking any

      mceclip18.png

button next to the corresponding fields. Deleting of a record can be done by clicking the

      mceclip19.png

button. NOTE a warning pop up will show to confirm any deletion.

  11. Status Symbols: These symbols are key to understanding whether the production record is to be used for approving and reporting or is in progress.

    • mceclip20.png

: Record has been completed by a user and is ready for shift review and approval.

    • mceclip21.png

: Record is not complete and is in-progress. The user has not completed their shift, nor have they logged out successfully of their session on the tablet. This symbol will change to an

      mceclip20.png

when they successfully log out of the tablet after finishing their shift and the data gets synced with the server.

      • This symbol can remain if the user doesn't log out properly when reaching the surface and the on-coming cross shift grabs their tablet, and goes away from WiFi comms. The new user may end up finishing logging out the previous user whilst away from WiFi comms and these records will become ready for approval the next time the tablet comes into WiFi comms range.

record has been reviewed, approved and locked for reporting purposes.
